Coming in 2023 - Writing for Wellness

A new area of self-awareness and exploration offered by Chesapeake Yoga & Wellness: Guided Autobiography.

In the practice of yoga, journaling is a way to explore our feelings and experiences. A Guided Autobiography (GAB) workshop will allow you to write your life story as a way to express your life experiences or to create heirloom stories to pass down to those you love.

Each class will feature a theme to write about along with exercises to strengthen your creativity, remove writers blocks and inspire the story you need to tell.

The Guided Autobiography is a 6-week series or one-day workshop facilitated by trained instructor, Julie Phillips-Turner
